What is Coastside Gives?
Inspired by the collaborative efforts of non-profits, a few like minded individuals who have a long history of involvement on the coast had an idea, create an event to raise money for worthy non-profits from Montara to Pescadero, and bring awareness to the unique culture, environment, and spirit of community here.
Your Philanthropy Matters!
Every gift to the Coastal Arts League strengthens its mission of service to local artists, students, and community members, and contributes to the economic health of our region.
Fundraising accounts for a little over 25% of our annual budget, and about half of that comes from individual donors. In the Spring, we participate in Coastside Gives, a community-wide drive to support local nonprofits. Then in the Fall we have the annual membership campaign. You can become a sustaining member by signing up for monthly donations.
Why Support Local Art?
The Mission of the Coastal Arts League is to encourage visual artists, because Artists create positive change in the world. Together, we learn how to make a living and a life, and to build a community full of meaning, joy, and connection.
