Enter at: OnlineJuriedShows.com Fee Structure for all Juried Shows Members: $45 for the first entry, plus $5 for each additional entry up to three. Non-members: $55 for the first entry, plus $5 for each additional entry up to three. Size and Weight limits: Accepted work must be delivered gallery-ready. 2-D artwork may not exceed 36” in width including the frame. Contact the Exhibition Coordinator to submit larger sizes. Gallery wrapped canvas must be a minimum of 1" in depth. Use plexiglass in framed pieces larger than 24 x 30". Pedestals are 13x13" or 18x18". If accepted, prepare 2-dimensional work with D-rings and picture wire. Please bring an 8.5 x 11 page with your artist’s statement, on white paper, to be included in the Book of Artists that will be on display during the show. Images of the artist at work are encouraged. Terms of Entry: Submissions must be original work, for sale, and not recently displayed in this gallery. Accepted entries must be hand delivered and picked up. Coastal Arts League collects sales tax and retains a 30% commission to support gallery programs. 70% of the purchase price is remitted to the artist at the close of the show. Coastal Arts League accepts no liability for loss or damage to pieces in the show. Security cameras are installed in the galleries for protection from theft. You are granting the Coastal Arts League permission to use entered work for promotion on the website and for future shows. All rights to submitted images remain the property of the artist. Acceptable upload-ready file formats: File Type: JPG File Dimensions: 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side. File Size: No larger than 5 MB. Color Profile: sRGB Image files must be of high quality, in sharp focus and a true representation of the original art. Image of 2D art should include only the artwork, no frame. Accepted in a Juried Show? Tell people about it. Use social media channels to show people that you’ve been included. Give your followers the date in advance so they can mark their calendars. Share this exhibition in your newsletter to introduce yourself to new contacts who might want to work with you in the future. Mingle! Being accepted is a chance to increase your visibility and profile via a wider network provided by the exhibition. Attend events like the opening reception to meet fellow artists, collectors, curators, art consultants, etc. |
